Perfect Example of an "Arp Object"

Which is to say, some astronomers have discovered a quasar, and nearby it are a disturbed galaxy and a cloud os smoke between the quasar and the galaxy. Arp always described these scenarios as ejections of the quasar by the galaxy. Now these astronomers are faced with a choice: do they recognize the elephant in the room? Sadly, no. They are simply worried about the (yawn) dark matter implications of it all.
